Prenatal Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation Trimester-appropriate asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation sessions to build physical strength and reduce anxiety.
Couple Yoga & Aqua Yoga Supportive partner asanas and gentle water-based movement to ease physical discomfort and deepen the couple's bond.
Lamaze Sessions — Childbirth Education & Preparation Evidence-based preparation for labour and delivery, building confidence and reducing fear around childbirth.

For programmes over 14 days, three months of post-treatment online follow-up are included — because our care does not end at checkout.
